Refund policy

1. Product Recalls

In the unlikely event of a product recall, House of Yee will provide a full refund or replacement for affected products. Customers will be notified through appropriate channels, and instructions will be provided to process the return or refund with ease.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us better understand the issue and continuously improve, you may be asked to provide photos and/or a description of the problem.

Once the issue is verified, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost, whichever you prefer.

Important Note: All orders are packaged with care to maintain freshness during delivery. Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store the product in a freezer within 3 hours. We are not responsible for products that spoil due to delayed freezing after delivery.

3. Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that are opened, unused but no longer wanted, or improperly stored after delivery. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, covering the product cost and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, product damage, etc.).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
