Delivery Schedule

Orders Placed on July 28, 2025 - August 11th, 2025 will be delivered on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025

• Orders are delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Orders placed before 10 a.m. on a delivery day ship the same day; orders placed after 10 a.m. ship on the next delivery day.

• Pick-up from our facility occurs between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.; once collected, a 4-hour delivery window begins and a tracking link is emailed automatically.

Shipping Fees

• Free delivery within 40 km of Vancouver (calculated automatically at checkout).

• Beyond 40 km: a distance surcharge of $1 per additional kilometre is applied at checkout via Trexity’s live rate.

6-Pack Orders

• Free delivery within 20 km of Vancouver.

• 20–40 km: flat delivery fee calculated at checkout.

• Beyond 40 km: the flat fee above plus the $1-per-km distance surcharge.

Single Orders

• Delivery fee calculated at checkout

Quality Note

All orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to maintain freshness. Once delivered, please transfer dumplings to a freezer within 3 hours; we cannot take responsibility for spoilage after this point.
